To get to the project by private car, start from Patong beach and travel toward Karon Beach on Sirirat road. We are 400 Meters past Simon Cabaret on the right-hand side. If you go up the large hill overlooking Patong Bay, you went too far. From Karon Beach, head north on Wiset road to Patong Beach. Patong Harbor View Condo is located on Sirirat road or HWY4030) for 5 kilometers and turn left at the bottom of the hill for Apx.100 meters up the road. You will find the PHC Complex on the left-hand side (Turn before Puvuree Hotel) just before a large turn to the right.

Buying an Apartment at Patong Harbor View


From time to time a co-owner or the developer will offer an apartment for sale at Patong Harbor View condominium. Here are a few facts about ownership:

Foreign Freehold condominiums mean a "foreigner"( Non-Thai Passport Holder) can purchase in his or her name. For people wanting to stay in Thailand long term, this is a better option for you.

The project common area fees (also known as CAM)fees are 50 THB A SQM Per month.
For example, if your apartment is 96 sqm your CAM Fee will be about 57,600 per year. This is billed 50% in Jan and 50% again in June.

The electric charge in the project is 5 THB a kilowatt. The water charge is 200 THB per month.

Parking is issued by Juristic Person. They also control all common areas like water supply, electric supply, garbage removal, CCTV, security, swimming pool, and more.

Currently, A302 and A402 are for sale by the owner. The owner is not in a huge hurry to sell either property as both apartments are currently rented out. Remodeled Patong Apartments at Patong Harbor View

Over the last few years, we started to remodel several of the apartment we offer for our long-term rental clients. The remodeling work consists of removing most of the contents of the apartment and starting over again. Items like the kitchen cabinets, floor tile, light fixtures, air conditing, and kitchen appliances need changing out and replacement. We are also adding a Saf-T-Cut electrical cut-off to the units. We wanted to show here some before, during, and after photos. The pictures below are the remodeling of A 203 that started on April 25th, 2021. Because there are tenants in the building currently, we limit the scope of the work from 1 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday to keep the noise to a bare minimum.
