Patong Beach Newly Remodeled Two Bedroom Apartments

We are in the process of remodeling several condominiums at Patong Harbor View. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath 96 sqm Unit. We retiled the Master bedroom, living room, Kitchen and the second bedroom. There are a few more apartments(5) we plan to do this year. This Apartment was pre-booked a month ago and the customer had to fly back and close up on a few things in his home country giving us 4 weeks to remodel. All the tile was done in 2 weeks. Customer moves in on the 20th of June. We have another apartment like this one available July 15th. We start rehab on it on the 27th of June.
