Patong Beach Convert One Bedroom One Bath Apartment

 

This year we undertaking many apartment upgrades to several of our units. This post is the journey of C102. This is a poolside studio we are converting to a Patong Beach One Bedroom One bath apartment for high season rental. If your interested in booking this apartment it will be available for monthly rental after October 10th on. 

C102 - July 28th, 2022

The next step after the tile work is done is to cut the apartment in half using a glass door so the light can still pass through the apartment. We did this in another unit and I was really happy the way the final turned out. We have to add air to the back side of this unit because it currently only has a single 18,000 BTU unit. So we will add an additional 12,000 BTU unit as well for the bedroom/ living room area.

July 30th, 2022

We finished retiling the apartment is a faux wood tile and now adding a second air condition unit to the back half of the apartment. The unit will be split about in the middle with a large 3 section glass door. This will allow for more privacy, better use of electricity and make the apartment more cozy my splitting the bathroom and kitchen from the living room and bedroom.
