REMODELEING OF APARTMENT A302 FOR LONG TERM CLIENT

This year we have remodeled several apartments at Patong Harbor view in Patong beach, Phuket, Thailand. The remodeling consists of removing the tile in the entire apartment including balcony and changing it to new tile. We are also adding smoke and fire alarms that notify a central board that monitored my our security staff and hooked to the main fire alarm system. To prevent electrical fires, a saf-t-cut has been added before the main circuit panel that trips off the electric if any short or voltage drop. We have also added some additional parking along our north wall and plan to continue that work when the rain stops. To date, we have remodeled 2 bedroom apartments C203, C202, C201,C303, A403, A 203 and now finishing A502 and this apartment A302. We also have remodeled 1 bedroom apartments C102 and B201b with b201a, A102 and A103 and some work in C401 scheduled for late October. Apartments are getting new ovens, hoods, fridges and washing machines on the appliance side. If your interested in booking a remodeled apartment, we plan to offer A502 in the next few upcoming weeks.
