Patong Harbor View Condominiums | Patong Beach Apartments

  Back in June, Patong Harbor View bought condo #4014 Condo. Condominium is on the 40th floor of the Unixx Condominium Building In South Pattaya with a view to Jomtien Beach. We plan to remodel the unit now that we evicted the old tenant and have removed all the owners old belongings. Here are some pictures of the apartment before we start the remodeling.   This year we undertaking many apartment upgrades to several of our units. This post is the journey of C102. This is a poolside studio we are converting to a Patong Beach One Bedroom One bath apartment for high season rental. If your interested in booking this apartment it will be available for monthly rental after October 10th on.  C102 - July 28th, 2022 The next step after the tile work is done is to cut the apartment in half using a glass door so the light can still pass through the apartment. We did this in another unit and I was really happy the way the final turned out. We have to add air to the back side of this unit because it currently only has a single 18,000 BTU unit.
