The condo is booked again from December 19, so this is a single window for one long stay: arrive any time from November 4, stay a month or more, and be out by December 19.
C102 sits right by the pool at Patong Harbor View, in the quiet south end of Patong — close enough to walk to the beach, far enough from Bangla Road to sleep in peace. It is a proper little apartment, not a bed in a box: 54 sqm, remodeled, with a real living area, a real kitchen, and a balcony looking out over the pool side of the building.
Inside C102
The layout is open and easy. The living area has a comfortable sofa for stretching out in the evenings, and the bed area sits beyond it with glass doors at the far end letting the light pour in. There is a proper desk corner with a work chair — set up for a laptop month, not a holiday weekend — and fast Wi-Fi throughout, so remote work is genuinely easy here.
The kitchen is a cook's kitchen by condo standards: black cabinets, a mosaic splashback, an oven, and counter space to actually prepare food instead of just reheating takeaway. Eating in a few nights a week is one of the quiet ways a long stay in Patong stays affordable.
Downstairs you get the big resort pool and the gym, and the building has free washer and dryer access for guests, so laundry never becomes an afternoon project. Our maid and maintenance team are on site — C102's weekly housekeeping slot is Tuesdays, 3:00–5:00 PM — and Jay is around every day if you need anything at all.
